  • Senior events manager and planner

    Part time - Head office

    Liaising and planning with a broad level of clients to create their dream events of all sizes. Supporting clients from the initial enquiry through to the feedback stage. Managing each event effectively throughout: budgets, timings, staff management. 3+ years experience in a catering and hospitality setting, including event management experience within a high-volume banqueting operation.

    Experience running events and of over 250 attendees is essential.

  • Sous chef - full time

    We are looking for a passionate dedicated sous chef with a high attention to detail to join our culinary team. and a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a professional fast paced kitchen. As a Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in the success of our culinary operations, working alongside our Head Chef to deliver exceptional menus for our clients.

    You will be responsible for managing the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, overseeing food preparation, and ensuring that all dishes are of the highest quality, cooked to perfection, and presented beautifully. You will work closely with the Head Chef to implement standard recipes and maintain food costs.

    You will have a proven track record of leading a kitchen team and managing a high-volume operation, as well as a deep understanding of food safety and health and safety regulations. Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for delivering outstanding culinary experiences will inspire your team to deliver exceptional food, day after day.

    Ideal Candidate
    You would have several years of experience working in a similar role in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment, and you would have a strong background in a variety of cuisines and be knowledgeable in modern cooking techniques and equipment.

    You should have excellent organizational and time-management skills, as well as a proven ability to lead and manage a team. The ideal candidate should have experience in menu planning, cost control, and ordering supplies.

  • Kitchen assistant - full time

    Passionate dedicated individual with a high attention to detail and a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a professional fast paced kitchen. As a kitchen assistant – you are effectively the engine room of the kitchen. Working under the guidance of the head chef. Your job is to ensure that the kitchen is clean and operational. You will also be involved in preparing ingredients.

    Key responsibilities:

    Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.

    Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately.

    Sorting, storing, and distributing ingredients.

    Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting, and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare salads and desserts.

    Disposing of rubbish

    Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas.

    Regular training is provided with opportunities for career progression.
